Microblog Monday: A Lot of Firsts

Saturday we did a lot of first time things with the babies.
We took our first family trip to the park.

They thought the swing was pretty cool

They ate their first whole banana, or attempted to anyway.  Ayden did pretty good with his, but Rylee had trouble with the texture and choked on it a bit, resulting in some vomit and a thorough cleaning of the high chair.

They took their first bath together.

Saturday also happened to be our 17th wedding anniversary.
It was a perfect day spent with our babies.

  12. Happy anniversary!

Rylee might have an easier time with the banana if you cut it up a bit. I usually half the banana and then slice it up for Izzy.

    1. She has struggled with anything that has texture, or is more than a puree, at this point. We gave them each a half a banana because it was easier to hold, with the thought that they would just gnaw on it for a bit. We will move on to trying smaller pieces soon! Thank you for sharing what works for you!
